Summary: The backyard and pool area was great. The house is very cute. The interior of the house was not very clean. There were many cobwebs, the floors were dirty, the furniture and bedding was older and stained, a dirty mop and bucket sat by the toilet, etc. Not as many amenities provided as in other VRBO’s we have rented in the area - ie no dish soap, hand soap, pool towels, all beds made regardless of the number of guests etc. We also paid twice as much as the listed rate because of the summer season and did not find the value as the cleanliness issue kept us from enjoying the property to its fullest.

Summary: The house, the pool, the garden, the space and the very nice owners pleasantly nearby and always willing to help without being too present makes this place a true jewel in the Perigord/Dordogne. A piece of France more than worth exploring. We warmly recommend this place to anyone. We and our children from 13 and 15 years old enjoyed it inmensly.

Summary: Just spent a brilliant stay at this Gite. The property was clean and well presented. Everything was provided and we lacked for nothing. The site is secluded and quiet and tranquil. The pool was beautiful and soo warm. The gite is situated close to La Linde [with a good market] and Le Bugue in the opposite direction. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Summary: We spent a month in this picturesque gîte in the Périgord, a month of greenery, flowers, and total quiet except for constant birdcalls. Rustic on the outside but all mod cons inside, living was easy. The town and several restaurants are all within 10 minutes, too. A month in paradise!

Summary: The owners of La Colline did a great job to make this holiday home avery nice place to stay. The house in very complete, comfortable, offers full privacy, a great private pool with all comfort you want. La Colline is in the middle of a lot of nice villages with markets, brocantes and lots of ancient history. We stayed here for three weeks and had a wonderful time! We strongly recommend a stay in La Colline!
